true fact: i haven't eaten a hamburger since i was 3 or 4. something about the way meat is packed together and sandwiched between two pieces of bread really weirds me out. it doesn't help that i can't stand tomato ketchup (i won't even touch a fry that has grazed the stuff).

but i digress. if meat hamburgers were as delicious as the plant burger served at the plant cafe organic, i would have devoured a hamburger years ago. jam packed with beets (my favorite), lentils, mushrooms and cashews, topped with goat cheese and nestled on sourdough bread...this burger isn't your typical bland, boring, vegetarian snooze fest...instead, your taste buds will sing at the top of their lungs in glorious harmony at the wonder that is the plant burger.
