i love goooooooooold, but at this very moment i'm diggin' items of the silver/gray variety.

lips, camera, action! if i don't have any luck finding a new outfit, i head to the make-up counter for an updated look. i picked up these three items today to add to my ever-growing beauty arsenal:
1. nars sheer lipstick in shrinigar (metallic raspberry) - long lasting pigment; a swipe or two gives you a subtle, soft stain and for a stronger look, pile on the layers. this formula is nourishing and non-drying with vitamin e so slather this stuff on to build the color.
2. nars lip lacquer in chelsea girls (nude beige with creme finish) - high shine lip color containing vitamins a & e, and avocado, sesame, and jojoba seed oils. i love the way this feels on my lips! worn alone, this color gives you that perfect nude pout; this neutral tone also works wonders when paired with brighter shades.
